Able to wear earrings again!
I had spoiled my ear lobe piercings by wearing very heavy earrings. The holes had become slits and for many years I had only been able to wear clip-on earrings which were uncomfortable and old fashioned. I really wanted them repaired and after some research I saw Mark Lloyd at the Private Clinic. He was lovely, very calm and informative and I decided to go ahead with a procedure which would repair the slits and leave me with a small, normal piercing. There was no pressure to go ahead or book on the spot. I was absolutely delighted with the result, there was no scarring and on a further follow-up meeting with Mark I was able to go home wearing some lovely earrings. They are all very professional and very reassuring. I would absolutely recommend, in fact, I am wondering what I can have done next.

28 May 2021Very happy with service from start to finish I’ve recently had a mole removed on my face by Mr Mark Lloyd and I am very happy with the results. The whole team at the birmingham branch were lovely, easy to speak to and organize my initial appt, procedure appt and even went above and beyond by allowing me to have a digital appt for my follow up. The work carried out was quick and precise, and I was kept calm and looked after throughout the whole process. I would recommend going here, and having Mark Lloyd as a surgeon.

I couldn’t recommend this clinic anymore! I had an otoplasty with Mr Lloyd in March and my whole experience from the consultation to the surgery and followups. Mr Lloyd made such an effort to get to know me and ensure that the results were everything I wanted and suitable for me. I couldn’t be happier with my results and I couldn’t recommend this clinic and Mr Lloyd anymore.

I recently had an Ostoplasty surgery done and all I can say is WOW! From the minute I had my consultation to the very end of my Post-Opp appointment, Mr Mark Lloyd was a phenomenal doctor!During the surgery he kept me calm, by talking to me and reassuring me that everything was going well. The day after I experienced some moderate pain (which is normal for a surgery like this), but he was willing to see me immediately to do a check-up and see if everything was ok.
If anyone would like to do an Otoplasty ear surgery, then I’d definitely recommend Mr Lloyd!

Otoplasty – Dr Mark Lloyd

I had an initial consultation for ear correction at the beginning of 2020 with Dr Mark Lloyd. He went through the options with me (ear fold or otoplasty surgery) and after a detailed discussion I decided that I wanted to go ahead with otoplasty. I walked away from the consultation feeling confident that Dr Lloyd would achieve the results I was looking for and was sure that I only wanted him to perform the procedure. I had the otoplasty surgery in June 2021. During the procedure itself, Dr Lloyd showed me the initial results for each ear and asked me whether I was happy with them. When I asked to make slight changes, he was more than happy to do so, as he wanted to be assured that I was satisfied with the results. I am happy with the results from the procedure. Dr Lloyd is an excellent surgeon. He put me at ease during the procedure and has a pleasant demeanor. I woulkd not hesitate to recommend him for otoplasty surgery.

Otoplasty (unilateral)

I visited the Private Clinic in January for my consultation appointment. Dr Mark Lloyd was very professional in listening to my queries and explaining the procedure as well as the expected outcomes. Shortly after meeting with Dr Lloyd it was obvious that I would choose to have mm otoplasty at TPC. I had my otoplasty procedure in July. Both Dr Lloyd and the assisting nurse, Sahera Begum, had an excellent professional manner and made me comfortable throughout the procedure. During the procedure I was given the opportunity to look at my ear and check that I was happy with the changes. After the opportunity I was provided with detailed after care information to ensure the best results. I am very happy with the outcomes so far. I would highly recommend visiting TPC if you are considering having a cosmetic procedure. All the staff have been extremely friendly, welcoming and reassuring including the clinic manager, Wanda Booth.
Ear pinning / Otoplasty

I had ear pinning surgery on 20th March 2019. I have always for so long struggled with how my ears looked. I could never wear my hair down and it really did affect me. For years I have wanted to get them done but always thought no I don’t want to go through the pain, what if it goes wrong and always thought I’d never be able to go through with it. However at the start of this year I plucked up the courage to enquire more about what it would involve and how the procedure would be done. After going to several different clinics, I then came across the private clinic of harley street and met an amazing surgeon Mark Lloyd, he put me at ease straight away but also explained everything involved in getting the surgery done. I had my surgery under local anaesthetic (really wasnt that bad a few sharp scratches) and was out within 3 hours. I went home with the bandage on my head looking like a mummy. The bandage started to come off after 2 nights and the surgeon did tell me not to worry if this was to happen. The pain on that evening started once the anaesthetic had worn off and I can honestly say it was bearable all I kept thinking is what it was going to do for me in the long run. Id say the worst pain was about 1-2 weeks after surgery. And then as the weeks go by they start to feel normal again. I would honestly recommend this surgery to anyone not sure whether to or not I promise it is completely life changing. Im so glad I went to the private clinic of harley street all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Mark Lloyd; thank you for giving me ears I always wanted. I now rarely wear my hair down.
